Job Overview

CoStar Group is offering a Photography Fall Internship in Tulsa, OK. CoStar Group is a leading provider of global real estate information platforms and marketplaces. As a Photography Intern, you will have the opportunity to capture high-quality photos of schools and parks using your DSLR camera. These photos will be combined with data points and CoStar Group's content to provide valuable visual storytelling. This internship is regionally based, allowing you to explore and showcase the essence of your assigned city.

Compensation

  • Hourly rate: $25.00
  • Bonus incentives available for overachieving photographers
  • Mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality photographs of schools and parks that effectively tell the story of the location.
  • Utilize your expertise in photography to determine the best time, location, and techniques for capturing assignments.
  • Edit all photography in a timely fashion to deliver completed projects.
  • Maintain professional and effective communication with the community when asked about your assignment.
  • Coordinate with the management team to efficiently complete assignments and take advantage of good weather days.
  • Ensure timely and organized delivery of completed assignments.

Requirements

  • Possess your own DSLR or mirrorless camera (no point and shoot cameras or iPhones).
  • Able to shoot in RAW format with a minimum of 20MP. JPEGs should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and a 3:2 aspect ratio.
  • Must have access to a computer, editing software, and high-speed internet for editing and uploading images.
  • Demonstrable moderate experience with photography and media editing.
  • Full understanding of camera settings and access to Photoshop or Lightroom.
  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license (where applicable).
  • Passion for photography and a high school diploma coupled with photography knowledge.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
