Job Overview
CoStar Group is seeking Photographers for a Fall Internship. As a Photographer, you will use your expertise to capture high-quality, creative photos of schools and parks in your assigned city. Your work will be combined with data points and CoStar Group's content to showcase the essence of each location. This is an opportunity to explore your city and share its story through visual storytelling.
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $25.00
- Bonus incentives available for overachieving photographers
- Mileage reimbursement
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality photographs of schools and parks, telling the story of each location
- Utilize time of day, location, and expertise in photography to capture assignments effectively
- Edit photographs in a timely manner for project completion
- Communicate professionally and effectively with the community, if asked about assignments
- Coordinate with the management team to efficiently complete assignments
- Ensure timely and organized delivery of completed projects
Requirements
- Own an acceptable level of camera equipment (DSLR or mirrorless camera, no point and shoot cameras or iPhones)
- Able to shoot in RAW with a minimum of 20MP; JPGs with 300 dpi minimum and 3:2 aspect ratio
- Possess computer, editing software, and high-speed internet for editing and uploading images
- Demonstrable moderate experience with photography and media editing
- Full understanding of camera settings
- Knowledge of and access to Photoshop or Lightroom
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Passion for photography
- High school diploma coupled with photography knowledge
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
