Job Overview

CoStar Group is seeking Photographers for a fall internship. As a Photographer, you will use your expertise to capture high-quality photographs of schools and parks in your assigned city. These photos will be combined with data points and CoStar Group's content to showcase different locations. This internship offers you the opportunity to explore your city and share its stories through visual storytelling.

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $25.00
  • Bonus incentives available for overachieving photographers
  • Mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities

  • Produce creative and high-quality photographs of schools and parks.
  • Determine the best time and location for capturing assignments.
  • Edit photographs in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with the community when asked about your assignment.
  • Coordinate with the management team to efficiently complete assignments.
  • Deliver completed assignments in an organized and timely fashion.

Requirements

  • Must have your own DSLR or mirrorless camera (no point and shoot cameras or iPhones).
  • Camera specifications: (SPECS)
  • Proficient in shooting RAW files and editing images.
  • Computer, editing software, and high-speed internet for editing and uploading images.
  • Moderate experience with photography and media editing.
  • Access to Photoshop or Lightroom.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Passion for photography.
  • High school diploma with photography knowledge.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
