Job Overview

CoStar Group is seeking Photographers for a Fall Internship in Cleveland-Elyria, OH. As a Photographer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, creative photos of schools and parks using DSLR cameras. This is a regionally based assignment that allows photographers to maximize productivity in their assigned city. Join us in capturing the essence of locations and telling visual stories through photography.

Compensation

  • Hourly rate: $25.00
  • Bonus incentives available for overachieving photographers
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Temporary position expected to end on or around December 1, 2023

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality photographs of schools and parks to tell the story of each location
  • Utilize time of day, location, and photography expertise to determine the best approach for each assignment
  • Edit all photography in a timely fashion to complete the project
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with the community if asked about your assignment
  • Coordinate with the management team to efficiently complete assignments and maximize productivity
  • Deliver completed assignments in a timely and organized manner

Requirements

  • Must possess your own DSLR or mirrorless camera (no point and shoot cameras or iPhones)
  • Able to shoot in RAW format with a minimum of 20MP or higher resolution JPGs
  • Proficient in photography and media editing; knowledge of Photoshop or Lightroom preferred
  • Access to computer, editing software, and high-speed internet for editing and uploading images
  • Full understanding of camera settings
  • Full access to reliable transportation and valid driver's license in cities where applicable
  • High school diploma coupled with photography knowledge
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
