Job Overview
The RGA Internship Program provides students with invaluable work experience, allowing them to develop a comprehensive understanding of the insurance industry and network with fellow interns and full-time associates. In this welcoming environment, students are encouraged to contribute their ideas, expand their technical and communication skills, and ask questions.
Compensation

Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and/or maintaining actuarial models.
- Manipulate, summarize, and/or analyze large amounts of data.
- Assist in developing, enhancing, and automating processes.
- Coordinate and communicate with other RGA departments.
Requirements
- Progress toward completion of Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math, Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, or a related field.
- Intermediate PC and technical skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Proactive and accountable.
- Ability to multitask.
- Skill in balancing detail with department goals and objectives.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, participating in department projects.
- A1 actuarial exam is preferred for internship positions.
