Job Overview

• Manages and provides leadership to External & Internal Event Teams and Intern
• Executes Mountain America events, including branch openings, community events, and sports sponsorships
• Represents the Credit Union and its products and services in the community and within MACUs membership
• Researches and recommends event venues for brand exposure and profitable ROIs
• Provides leadership, training, and management to Event Team members and Intern
• Provides reports on events, including ROI data
• Ensures events deliver a strong brand experience and support the credit unions mission
• Manages event logistics and coordination with MACU executives and staff
• Builds strong relationships with marketing partners
• Develops marketing plans and proposals for events
• Tracks expenses, budget, and ROI

Compensation

• Full-time
• Estimated: $59.5K - $75.3K a year

Responsibilities

• Represents the Credit Union and its products and services in the community and within MACUs membership

Requirements

• Four or more years marketing, public relations, or events experience
• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptive to change and able to respond positively
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
