Job Overview

A student internship is currently available in the Acquisition Services Management (ASM) Division for a Post-Baccalaureate student who has been awarded a bachelor's degree within the past three years but has not yet been accepted and enrolled in a graduate program.

Responsibilities

  • Strong interest in business management
  • Experience providing excellent customer service
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Experience working effectively as part of a team with a willingness to assist and support other team members as needed
  • Proven ability to produce quality work by applying attention to detail, managing time, and seeing tasks to completion
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of web conferencing (Webex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on 4.0 scale.
  • This position will be located in Los Alamos, NM with the flexibility for the selected candidate to work from a location other than the primary location. Reporting onsite will be periodically required. Remote is at the discretion of management and can change at any time with appropriate notice.
