Job Overview
A company is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst Intern for their Spring 2024 program. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting customer success and improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting. You will have the opportunity to work with metrics, reports, dashboards, and BI processes to drive decision-making and enhance business performance.

Responsibilities
- Support ongoing customer success and improvements by working with existing metrics, reports, dashboards, and BI processes
- Research and answer questions from internal team members regarding internal and public data
- Assist with building data infrastructure and static/interactive dashboards to support reporting needs
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in MIS, Business Analytics, statistics, or related majors
- Statistical knowledge and ability to participate in data analysis
- Basic SQL queries skills
- Proficiency in R or Python, or related data analytic skills
- Familiarity with cloud solutions (AWS, GCP)
