Responsibilities

  • Work with the world's leading financial institutions, supporting them as they execute strategic initiatives and programs to transform their business processes, organization structures, customer experience and technology & data capabilities
  • Leverage leading trends in technology to help our clients make data-driven decisions, design target operating models and implement new business models
  • Utilize technology-based solutions including cloud, machine learning and artificial intelligence to execute strategic initiatives
  • Help us advance the KPMG brand, working on business proposals, conducting market research and exploring industry trends to develop compelling materials that contribute to firm leadership initiatives, industry points of view and go-to-market products & services
  • Assist in the facilitation of internal firm initiatives that simplify, redesign, or innovate existing processes that drive efficiencies, positively impact culture and foster collaboration across teams
  • Engage in continuous professional development by networking across company resources and subject matter experts to identify areas of interest and by seeking opportunities to better our firm's services and solutions

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degree/majors; Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Analytics, MIS, Economics, Engineering, Management, Marketing, or equivalent program with strong technical or quantitative focus
  • Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Critical thinking and quantitative skills, strong technical aptitude, demonstrated quality service mindset and ability to navigate MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), time management, organizational and leadership skills; Flexible and adaptable team player who can deliver under tight deadlines and work with diverse teams and leadership styles, sometimes with little guidance and supervision
  • Ability to produce high-quality work, visually represent complex ideas or processes in a digestible format
  • Must reside within a commutable distance of the office for this position and be responsible for your own transportation, such as personal vehicle or public transportation, to get to and from office / client locations to satisfactorily fulfill your job duties, as determined by your practice leadership
  • Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
