Responsibilities

  • Attend clients' events to gain valuable insights into behind-the-scenes workings of concerts and B2B interactions.
  • Receive personalized mentorship and actively participate in check-in meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and press releases.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns for timely delivery and maximum impact.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, target markets, and competitors to provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Collaborate with team members on creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Public Relations, business, marketing, economics, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in writing (3 years preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of media relations practices and techniques.
