Job Overview
- Lead a successful 9th and 10th-grade high school ministry of over 150 students
- Build a healthy staff and volunteer adult team
- Create an environment that furthers students' relationship with God as they become adults who love the Lord
Compensation
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
Responsibilities
- Grow a healthy weekend and mid-week ministry for 9th/10th graders
- Teach and develop a teaching team
- Train and develop a thriving leadership team
- Create a culture of service for students to serve in the church and community
- Bridge the gap between junior high and 11/12 ministry
- Partner with parents to help them win at home with their kids and students
Requirements
- Team builder with a track record of building high-capacity volunteer teams
- Galvanizer and collaborator
- Strategist and trainer
- Leader with a strong ability to integrate and collaborate
- Strong communication and organizational skills
