Job Overview
We're looking for a Customer Support Data Reporting Specialist Intern to join our Customer Support Team in Bridgewater, NJ. As a Customer Support Data Reporting Specialist Intern, you'll be responsible for assisting the team in reporting and analytics. We're on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touch! This internship/Co-op could lead to an at-will full-time role.
Compensation
Pay range for this role is $22-$27 per hour. Benefits Overview: Medical/Prescription drug coverage and Health Savings Account.
Responsibilities
- Simple and efficient reporting (standardized reporting of key metrics/KPI's)
- Mining data to provide additional insights for driving decision support
- Drive operational excellence through data analytics and decision support
- Drive a metric Improvement Strategy & Structural Improvements for key metrics
- Analyze and support compliance fine resolution
Requirements
- Must be currently in pursuit of a BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field
- High level of PC skills (Microsoft Office); advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- SAP experience a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work well with a team and manage time appropriately
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs
