Job Overview
Mot Hennessy USA is offering a paid summer internship program in the Commercial department. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work on project-based assignments, and receive mentorship from leaders within the organization. You will also have the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams and make lasting impressions on strategic business initiatives.
Compensation
- Salary: $32 USD per hour
Responsibilities
- Become immersed in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Gain industry experience across various categories of the Mot Hennessy USA portfolio
- Solve issues and take a solutions-oriented approach
- Develop working relationships with cross-functional teams
- Stay updated on trends in Wine & Spirits and the competitor landscape
- Own an individual, business-focused project
- Participate in a diversity-focused project with an Employee Resource Group
- Receive cross-functional training and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Demonstrated interest in understanding business and organizational goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to represent Moet Hennessy's core values
- 1 year of internship experience is a plus
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Member of at least one dimension of diversity
- Interest in pursuing a career in Marketing or Sales
- Able and willing to work at assigned location or relocate
- Available to work full-time for the duration of the 12-week program (June - August 2024)
- Must be 21 or older
- Legally authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
- Fully vaccinated
