Job Overview
Hallmark is seeking sharp and energetic individuals to join our internship program. As an Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects in either the distribution and supply chain processes or consumer and customer business processes. This challenging summer internship will allow you to apply your business acumen and problem-solving skills to real-world projects.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Researching, strategizing, and developing feasible solutions for project(s) or problems at hand.
- Collaborating with teams to optimize product flow and sourcing strategy.
- Designing equipment used in production and/or distribution.
- Working closely with Creative partners to develop innovative products.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Currently pursuing an engineering degree with a graduation date between December 2024 and May 2026.
- Pursuing a degree in electrical, industrial, or mechanical engineering preferred.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (GPA must be stated on your resume).
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High learning agility and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Goal and results oriented.
- Ability to manage well through ambiguity.
- Previous internship experience in a business, logistics, operations, engineering, or supply chain field is a plus.
