As an Insurance Administrator (Servicing), you will assist with the analysis of insurance coverage compliance for commercial loans, ensuring adherence to investor guidelines.

  • Advise borrowers on coverage requirements and explain investor guidelines.
  • Correspond and partner with borrowers to adjust policies for compliance.
  • Review renewal certificates and policies to assess compliance with investor guidelines.
  • Process insurance reimbursements.
  • Complete general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
  • Support special projects.
  • Communicate and problem-solve with teammates, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Perform other assigned duties.


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ year(s) of commercial property insurance experience preferred.
  • Clear knowledge of commercial insurance coverage (Property and General Liability) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while making a strong individual contribution.
  • Strong attention to detail, judgment, flexibility, and dependability.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges and learn new processes.
  • Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
