Job Overview

The Marketing team at our company focuses on understanding the priorities of our products and services, as well as our customers' mindset and top priorities. We develop and execute strategies to effectively communicate the value of relevant Kohl's products and services to the right customers. Our marketing efforts are centered on customer needs, and we aim to create impactful strategies aligned with customer priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision for Kohl's brand and bring the creative expression to life through channels including in store, digital, social, print and broadcast
  • Develop engaging, on-brand copy for omni-channel marketing efforts
  • Responsible for creative development and design for omni-channel marketing
  • Design and develop highly creative fixture and visual solutions for Kohl's stores and/or Kohl's Corporate
  • Deliver consistent and cost-effective creative solutions to produce omni-channel marketing initiatives through photography and video
  • Interpret and synthesize data and insights to contribute to projects that drive traffic to our stores and website
  • Develop and recommend data-driven strategies to marketing decision makers
  • Activate new marketing tactics and/or processes
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of cross-channel brand, digital, and event marketing plan
  • Synthesize large quantities of data
  • Measure the effectiveness of tactics in the market
  • Provide reports and insights to leadership that guide marketing decision makers

#COPYWRITING INTERN

  • Major in Copywriting, Creative Writing, Journalism, English or other applicable fields

#DESIGN INTERN

  • Major in Graphic Design, Graphic Communications, Interactive Design, UX/UI Design, Motion Design or other applicable fields. Must have experience in Adobe Creative Suite

#VISUAL PRESENTATION DESIGN INTERN

  • Major in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Architecture, Merchandising or other applicable fields. Must have experience in Sketch-up, Inventor and Adobe Creative Suite

#ART PRODUCTION INTERN

  • Major in Communications, Journalism, Theater, Marketing Management, Event Planning, Broadcast, Project Management, Public Relations or other applicable fields

#MARKETING STRATEGY INTERN
