- Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a focus on structural or Architectural Engineering (with emphasis on structures) from an accredited program
- Entering a master's program in the fall of 2024 or an active grad student
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- United States Citizenship
