Compensation
$40,000 - $250,000 a year
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assist clients in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose real-time, creative solutions
- Conduct intermediate negotiation processes with integrity and discretion
- Perform market analysis to estimate properties' value
- Display and market property to prospective buyers
- Prepare all necessary paperwork for contracts, leases, deeds, etc.
- Maintain and update listings with available properties
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors
- Stay knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Requirements
- Proven working experience in sales or related fields
- Ability to work independently with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Real Estate Agent License or in the process of completing classes
- Familiarity with Google Suite
