Job Overview

As an Experience Design Associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered experiences that address business problems and technical feasibility. You will conduct research, develop concepts, and iterate on designs to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups.

  • Test and iterate on design concepts
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, Advertising, Web Design, or Visual Communication
  • Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.0
  • Preferred Major GPA: 3.0
  • Strong understanding of user-centered research methods
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Framer
  • Familiarity with wireframing, user flow diagramming, UI design, and information architecture
  • Knowledge of usability testing and documentation
