Job Overview
- The Internal Auditing Department at Penn State is seeking a student within the One-Year MAcc or IntegratedMAcc Accounting program to fill a part-time internship position.
- This is a hybrid position, requiring at least 50% of work time to be completed on-site.
- The selected candidate will gain real-life job experience and work in a professional, hands-on environment.
- Interns will assist the University's Internal Audit Department Auditors in conducting financial, operational, compliance, and IT audits.
- Responsibilities include collecting, organizing, and analyzing audit data, ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures, and preparing audit reports.

- Collect, organize, and analyze audit data.
- Determine if units are in compliance with University policies and procedures.
- Address identified audit issues.
- Interact with personnel of areas under review in a professional manner.
- Prepare audit reports.
