Job Overview
Join Ancestry, the global leader in family history, as a Mobile (iOS/Android) User Experience Design Intern. In this role, you will be a part of the Mobile apps team, contributing to the design of Ancestry's iOS and Android app. Help millions of people discover, craft, and connect around their family story.
Compensation
- FULLY PAID temporary housing and travel to and from the internship provided.

Responsibilities
- Apply our design system to new feature ideas.
- Collaborate directly with engineers to ensure correct implementation.
- Find simple solutions in partnership with Product/Engineering teams.
- Receive valuable critique from other designers.
Requirements
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills.
- Familiarity with native mobile technologies and patterns.
- Strong team player.
- Eagerness to understand and engage with our customers.
- Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (We use Figma).
