Job Overview

We are currently hiring a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Co-Op working in the Seaport District of Boston. This position is from January- June 2024. The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Co-Op position will primarily support the Leader of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through a number of our DEI focuses including our internal Count Me In self-identification campaign, building an inclusive culture and diversity hiring. This position will also actively engage with our Social Impact, Marketing and People, Culture & Strategy departments, allowing for an organizational wide view of the impact DEI has on both business and workforce aspirations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with data collection, analysis and reporting related to DEI programing and progress
  • Oversee communication platforms in collaboration with our internal communication team including DEI BrewHub Page, monthly Brewing Change newsletter, and coworker network groups
  • Collaborate with People and Culture Department as a driver and thought partner to operationalize DE&I strategy and embed DE&I principles in workplace practices, policies, and procedures
  • Cultivate and support current external partnerships and research potential future partners.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor's Degree program
  • Course work and interest in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility, HR analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience gathering, researching, and analyzing data.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated and proactive
  • Capable of exceling in a team environment, including leading efforts to collaborate across functions.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgement, adapt quickly, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Exhibit determination and resilience in face of obstacles or challenges.
