Financial Planning and Analysis Internship
Job Location
Indianapolis, IN (Potential opportunity for full-time conversion which would be based in Indianapolis, IN)
Job Overview
- Support the Salesforce Finance organization in financial planning and analysis
- Assist with quarterly forecasting, monthly close cycles, and spend management
- Partner with various functions to deliver accurate financial forecasting and business insights
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and projects
Compensation
Responsibilities
- Assist with financial forecasting and analysis
- Develop forecasting and analytic models
- Prepare performance metric reporting and analysis
- Identify and implement operational and process improvements
- Package findings in presentation-ready content for executives
Requirements
- Current Junior/Rising Senior planning on graduating Winter 2024 - Summer 2025
- Pursuing a BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills
- Completed coursework in accounting, corporate finance, economics, and strategy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity and proactive approach to learning
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
