Job Overview

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Marketing Communications & Proposals Intern for the summer of 2024. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to be part of a team with a stellar reputation and contribute to the development and implementation of marketing plans. Your responsibilities will include assisting in preparation of qualifications and proposal packages, production of marketing materials, market research, public relations support, and database maintenance.

Compensation

  • Type of Compensation: Paid

Responsibilities

  • Participate in proposal and presentation project management, writing, organization, editing, layout, production, and delivery
  • Assist in writing marketing content including internal communication, social media, project sheets, resumes, etc.
  • Track and analyze marketing efforts including email, direct mail, etc.
  • Assist with managing client information database
  • Create/edit documents using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Arrange internal and external meetings
  • Miscellaneous marketing administrative duties

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and project management skills in order to prioritize in a fast changing environment
  • Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn new technologies (e.g. social media, CRM)
  • Highly self-motivated individual that works well independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with clarity and conviction
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
