Mundelein, IL
Job Overview
- Work directly with full-time formulations scientists in managing multiple projects associated with new product development.
- Contribute to the formulation of product development projects as assigned by management.
- Execute laboratory experiments to identify key design aspects of formulation projects.
- Generate and scale up formula prototypes.
- Research competitors and evaluate new features and designs.
- Gain hands-on product development experience at a large healthcare organization.
Compensation

Responsibilities
- Work closely with full-time formulations scientists on new product development projects.
- Contribute to the formulation of assigned projects.
- Execute laboratory experiments to identify key design aspects.
- Generate and scale up formula prototypes.
- Research competitors and evaluate new features and designs.
Requirements
- Major in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, or Biochemistry preferred.
- Junior standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work well with others.
- Motivated self-starter.
- Experience with chemistry and/or formulations process development and formula prototyping preferred.
- Microsoft Office skills are beneficial but not required.
- Unrestricted permanent US work authorization.
