Job Overview

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking Leadership Program Associates who have demonstrated high performance and leadership in academics, work, both on campus and in volunteer settings. As a Leadership Program Associate, you will have the opportunity to learn KeHE's business from the ground up through various job rotation milestones. This highly selective program offers a distinct career path with mentoring relationships, projects, and learning events. The position starts in June 2024.

Compensation

  • $40,000 - $63,600 a year
  • Internship

Responsibilities

  • Gain knowledge about KeHE's culture, systems, processes, and procedures across the enterprise
  • Participate in a high-level 8-month program rotation
  • Collaborate in a team-oriented, dynamic environment
  • Solve real-world business problems
  • Complete a capstone project

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field preferred
  • Creativity and passion for using technology to tackle business problems
  • Client-focused and results-driven mindset
  • Critical thinking skills and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in college activities or internships
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Demonstrated participation in volunteer work or charitable programs
