Compensation

Responsibilities
- Supporting the LEAD Team through various phases for advanced development projects
- Assisting LEAD Team with estimates, schedules, presentations, and other production documentation
- Coordinating and attending meetings with LEAD, Entertainment Production and other teams and participants
- Providing assistance in supporting the development and execution of production process including tracking of financial status, reporting on progress against schedule and managing consultant and vendor efforts
- Developing treatments and/or creating presentations to further design, pitch concepts, and flesh out ideas relevant to Executive Creative Director assignments
- Supporting various production events, such as mockups and work sessions
- Contributing to the development and execution of presentations and meetings
- Providing research supporting the development of projects and presenting findings
- Gaining a deep understanding of the role of Live Entertainment in Parks and Resorts by visiting and touring the parks, participating in customized learning sessions, and becoming an integral member of the team
Requirements
- A creative and strategic mindset
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-starting attitude and willingness to try something new
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling and contracting
- Critical thinking, using decisive reasoning to determine the best course of action in any research
- A working knowledge of the performing arts industry, specifically theater or immersive experiences
- A diversity of work experiences and skill sets which reflect a broad range of management competencies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines
- Strong leadership and partnering skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and confidential information
- Demonstrated proficiency with Keynote, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity and some proficiency with Adobe programs
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule including days, nights and holidays
