Job Overview

As a Spectrum Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with two teams - your department and your intern peer group. This paid, full-time internship will provide you with valuable work experience and the chance to develop new skills in a dynamic business setting. You will also have hands-on experience at a leading telecommunications company and the opportunity to interact with senior executives. Join us and kickstart your career!

Responsibilities

  • Deliver regular reporting and analytics to the team
  • Complete one ad-hoc deliverable that will become a regularly delivered product
  • Complete one project that focuses on process improvement or efficiency change

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program with a graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher in Business, Business Administration, or a related field of study
  • Availability for a full-time, 10-week commitment from May 29, 2024, through August 2, 2024
  • Proficiency in data analytics, SQL, Tableau, Data Visualization Tools, Alteryx, and/or Python preferred but not required
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to drive results through effective project and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
  • Able to work 100% in office and travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities
