Job Overview
Join us at Collins Aerospace for an exciting opportunity to learn about the Aerospace industry while finishing your degree. As a leader in technologically advanced solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry, Collins Aerospace offers a comprehensive portfolio and extensive capabilities to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving market. In this internship, you will work hands-on at our Avionics Aftermarket Maintenance Operation Repair facility, supporting airline contract compliance and providing world-class customer service. This is an onsite position at our Federal Way, WA location.
Compensation
DOE (Dependent on Experience)
Responsibilities
- Work alongside technical employees to ensure airline contract compliance
- Collaborate with Airline Customer Service Representatives, Order Administrators, and Airlines to support day-to-day operations
- Provide logistics and administrative support for the Seattle Service Center
- Track data related to customer orders and activities
- Support Strategic Business Units by maintaining key relationships and enhancing customer experience
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
