Job Overview

As a Consulting Analyst Intern at Black and Veatch, you will gather data and provide basic analysis work products to contribute to the completion of an engagement. You will receive regular guidance and oversight from team leaders or engagement management.

Responsibilities

  • Perform research, data analysis, and report-writing for projects
  • Conduct economic and financial studies for utilities, developers, and/or independent power producers
  • Assist in areas such as power supply planning studies, integrated resource planning (IRP), feasibility studies for domestic or international power generation projects, deregulation and restructuring services, electric market price forecasting, asset valuation, and project development
  • Work as an individual contributor with no subordinates

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in an accredited university in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field of study
