Job Overview
Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. is offering a 10-12 week paid summer internship for students interested in gaining practical insight into the financial services industry. As a Project Management Intern, you will work closely with the Project Management team, attending meetings, preparing deliverables, and gaining exposure to project methodology and tools. This internship provides networking opportunities, mentorship, and the chance to lead an intern peer group.
Compensation
- $16-$18 per hour
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and leadership
- Attend project meetings, take meeting minutes, and prepare deliverables
- Update project milestones, issues, task documents, and business requirements
- Assist with 1-3 large-scale projects
- Coordinate with other interns to lead an intern peer group
- Assist with monthly team activities
- Gain exposure to project methodology and tools
Requirements
- Students studying business administration, management, finance, business analytics, or information systems will likely be the most successful in this role.
