Job Overview

Equifax is recruiting highly motivated students with strong collaboration and communication skills for its Technology Rotational Development Program. Technology professionals at Equifax solve critical business problems and enhance the product performance of our company. The PDAT Rotational Development Program (RDP) is a 2-year formalized training and development program with rotations in the Enterprise Data and Financial Systems organization, focusing on Engineering for Big Data Analytics and Visualization (Big Data Arch, Data Wrangling, and Insights).

Responsibilities

  • Gain experience in value chain functions of Lead to Cash processes across various Modern Technology Platforms starting with Sales Force Dot Com (SFDC), Oracle, and Cloud technologies to name a few.
  • Drive Big Data insights into Lead to Cash Processes and Real-time Dynamic Optimization - with Real-time Data Analytics, Visualization (Tableau, Looker), Machine Learning (ML), and Google Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Opportunity for in-depth learning about cloud technologies (Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS)), and our products, customers, and business.
  • Opportunity to work in environments at scale which support Global Footprint.
  • Work with key stakeholders from Lead to Cash platforms, user experience, technology, and business units to define metrics, implement analytics, and establish reporting processes to examine, interpret, and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, tech, and product teams.
  • Evaluate and identify areas of opportunity and define triggers that require further investigation.
  • Quantify the contribution of digital touchpoints to business objectives; find patterns in system usage.
  • Provide a holistic view of the digital user experience to drive user engagement optimization, and the execution of marketing tactics and business strategies.
  • Work in a matrix organization and be part of cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or an equivalent field; Completion of coursework by May 2024.
  • Detail-oriented and timeline driven with an emphasis on accuracy and results.
  • Ability to understand the big picture as well as pay attention to detail.
  • Proven creativity, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent leadership, teamwork, and service skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
