Job Overview
As a Human Resources/Labor Relations Intern at Cleveland-Cliffs, you will partner with a mentor in HR or LR to assist the team with various tactical responsibilities. This internship will give you hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, policy review, data analysis, and team initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Recruitment, employment, job postings, and employee transfers
- New employee orientation and training
- Administration of human resources policies and programs
- Administration of employee compensation, benefits, relocation, and immigration programs
- Coordination/facilitation of performance review process for client departments
- Prepare, maintain, and retrieve applicant and employee records
- Collect, analyze, and report data and information
- Prepare, review, and process documents, including reports, memos, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Various other duties as needed to support the business
Requirements
- Enrollment in Bachelor of Science program in the field of Human Resources, Labor Relations, or another business-related degree
- Completion of at least sophomore year of study by the summer of 2024
