Job Overview

• Gain insight into department-wide strategic planning, change management, and other operational programs.
• Assist in support of strategic data analysis, automation of processes, report generation, process mapping, and other duties as assigned.
• Projects will be dependent on what the team is working on next year.
• 12-week internship program beginning in May 2024 and ending in August 2024.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the assigned department; may work on small projects or portions of larger projects.
• Support business strategy and initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organization.
• Assist and collaborate with various levels of staff to accomplish tasks/assignments.
• Present data findings from research and analysis to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions, placing internal customer services and deliverables as a priority.
• Provide comprehensive day-to-day operational and strategy support.
• Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of internal strategic programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Support organizational, employee engagement, and department-wide events.
• Responsible for the design and maintenance of the department website.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective skill in maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to exercise initiative and good judgment to make sound decisions.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Effective skill in the use of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to create and maintain internal website.
