Job Overview
The Human Resources Intern will provide assistance to the Human Resources (HR) team in administering HR policies, programs, and services. They will support the team in various areas such as recruiting, staffing, compensation, employee relations, engagement and retention, and talent development.
Compensation

Responsibilities
- Provide transactional support for employee and organizational changes
- Coordinate HR-related projects using established policies and guidelines
- Maintain and update HR records accurately and in a timely manner
- Compile and provide data on vacancies, turnover, exit interviews, and other relevant statistics to management
- Assist HR Manager and HR Business Partner with assigned tasks
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in services
- Support recruitment activities as needed, including local career fairs and community outreach
Requirements
- Working towards a 4-year degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 0-2 years of HR Generalist experience; must have completed at least 2 years of undergraduate coursework (rising Junior/Senior)
- Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with confidential documents is preferred
- Previous HR experience is a plus
