Job Overview
We are seeking a highly-motivated Architectural Intern to join our Science, Technology, and Industry Group for Summer 2024 in our Trevose, PA office. Colliers Engineering & Design, an affiliate of Colliers, is a trusted provider of multi-discipline engineering, design and consulting services to public and private sector clients.

Responsibilities
- Assist technical staff on day-to-day projects
- Use Revit under the guidance of Architects
- Observe project sites and evaluate contractors' work to detect problems with a design
- Prepare reports and document project activities and data
- Perform tasks in relation to LEED Certification
- Set up and help maintain project files and records
- In addition to the work-centered program, we also offer robust internship programming, which includes opportunities to work with other interns, learn about other areas of the business, and develop valuable communication skills and networking connections
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related program
- Must have reliable transportation to the office
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD or Revit preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess solid problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work in a high-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy, to include MS Office
