Responsibilities
- Lead and develop diverse teams in a warehouse environment
- Collaborate with various functions within the Distribution or Fulfillment Center
- Shadow TJX operations leaders and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of our off-price business model
- Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Genuine interest in a long-term career within our worldwide logistics operation
- Currently enrolled rising Juniors and Seniors in a 4-year degree program or students enrolled in a 2-year degree program
- Available for the full duration of the internship program during the summer of 2023
- Strong analytical thinkers with sophisticated problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership experience, team collaboration, and strong communication skills
- Confidence and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Entrepreneurial drive, strong work ethic, and business acumen
- Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule depending on business needs
