Job Overview
- Join us as we accelerate the transition to a carbon-free future.
- We are currently seeking highly motivated students for Summer Internships for 2024 to work hybrid for our commercial wholesale or retail operations located in multiple locations.
- These paid internships will last approximately 10 weeks.
- Interns will work on specific projects, designed to help them gain real-world, hands-on experience working independently under an assigned supervisor.
- Departments include Market Fundamentals, Portfolio Fundamentals, Structuring & Analytics, Market Strategy & Analytics, Commercial Strategy - Customer Experience, Wholesale Trading, National Sales/Customer Solutions Team, Mass Markets Analytics, Power Sales Support, Constellation Home Process Improvement, Gas Sales Support, Commercial Operations-Wholesale Operations, Customer Business Solutions, & Retail Operations.
Compensation
- Paid internships for approximately 10 weeks.
- Dates: 6/3/2024 - 8/9/2024.
Responsibilities
- Work independently under an assigned supervisor.
- Complete specific projects related to commercial wholesale or retail operations.
- Gain real-world, hands-on experience.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Finance, Math, Accounting, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, Marketing, or Sustainability & Energy related degrees.
- Minimum GPA: 2.8 Cumulative / 3.0 Major
- Outstanding academic performance.
- Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
