Job Overview
This internship is designed for students who are currently enrolled in a degree program at their junior or senior year with an anticipated graduation date between May 2023 - August 2024, and postgraduates with a graduation date within 12 months from the start of the internship. As a FedEx intern, you will gain valuable, real-world experience through various projects.

Responsibilities
- Under close supervision, help sell FedEx transportation services to potential and existing business customers
- Collaborate with Sales support professionals to identify needed support areas, primarily around reporting
- Create tools with feedback from sales and sales support teams
- Coordinate with other Sales support groups as applicable (pricing, collections, legal, etc)
- Perform desk rides with your Manager and assigned mentor
Requirements
- Minimum qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program
- 3.0 GPA
- Availability to work 40 hours per week between June and August 2024
- Resume should include the following information: email address, telephone number, name of college/university, degree, major, GPA, date of intended graduation (month and year)
- Preferred qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, initiative, resilience, adaptability, relationship-building skills, reliability, responsiveness, oral/written communication skills, innovation, and problem resolution skills
- Experience in sales and/or sales support
- A desire for a career in sales or sales support
- Analytical skills making use of tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate
