Responsibilities
- Participate in a project-based summer internship program to gain relevant finance experience
- Collaborate with the leadership team to create valuable contributions through revenue improvements and cost savings projects
- Attend speaker events and training sessions for continual development and growth of skills
Requirements
- Current MBA student with a concentration in Finance, Economics, Strategy, Supply Chain, or another analytical field
- Must have completed the first year of an MBA program by the Summer of 2024 and have a planned graduation date by the Summer of 2025
- At least 3 years of post-undergraduate, full-time work experience prior to enrolling in business school
- Ability to work on-site at Delta's Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the internship
- Curiosity about the airline industry and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Consistent track record of excellence and ability to excel in a fast-paced, matrix-team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
