Job Overview
V2X is growing! V2X is seeking a 2024 Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support various activities including design, modeling, and generation of engineering drawings using CREO, as well as providing general engineering support for production and testing. You will be expected to apply your engineering knowledge to provide innovative solutions and ensure timely project completion.

Responsibilities
- Provide basic support performing design activities, generating engineering drawings, developing models, integrating, and testing mechanical products
- Utilize engineering knowledge and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to project/program milestones under the guidance of supervisors and team leads
- Follow established Hardware Engineering processes and procedures
Requirements
- Ability to access systems with restricted information for US citizens only, due to Federal Government contractual requirements
- Positive attitude and proven leadership skills
- Customer focus and ability to collaborate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to a 3D CAD solid modeling tool
- Coursework in Mechanical Engineering or related field
