Job Overview
- Interns will work in the Corporate Strategy group to solve strategic problems within marketing, sales, and/or operations.
- The internship provides meaningful project work, exposure to company operations, and access to senior executives.
- Key behavioral competencies include problem-solving ability, innovation, leadership, and excellent communication skills.
Compensation

Responsibilities
- Work on well-defined strategic projects with a clear goal and actionable results.
- Projects may include market analysis, asset strategy, financial modeling, and product portfolio/pricing optimization.
- Gain hands-on experience by visiting bakeries, sales routes, and participating in retailer market tours.
- Present project analysis and recommendations to senior executives.
Requirements
- First-year MBA students with experience in management consulting, strategic planning, corporate strategy, or product management in the consumer products industry.
- Three or more years of overall work experience preferred, with experience in consumer-packaged goods and/or large retailers.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and presentation tools.
