Responsibilities

• Operations & Asset Management: Responsible for the overall profitability, operations, and asset management of a rental location. Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies and maximize utilization of the rental fleet.
• Sales & Marketing: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, execute the business unit's marketing plan, maintain accurate data within the marketing database, and generate rental lease and used vehicle sales leads. Maintain and expand relationships with customers and optimize inventory levels.
• Customer: Drive revenue growth by maintaining and growing customer relationships. Resolve customer concerns, issues, and disputes.
• Communication: Build effective relationships with internal and external customers. Clearly articulate Ryder's product and service offerings.

Requirements

• U.S. Work Authorization required
• Relocation is not required and relocation assistance is not offered
• Flexible working hours around school schedule (approximately 8-5 Monday-Friday)
• Preferably enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (no specific major required)
• This position can move to permanent or full-time, depending on graduation date and availability
• Able to maintain composure in stressful situations
