Job Overview
Anthropologie is looking for a DTC Operations intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of E-Commerce Operations, including digital planning, web and content production, and customer service functions. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sessions, traffic, conversion, and warehouse forecasting. Join us for a summer full of learning and growth in our historic Philadelphia Navy Yard office.
Compensation
Paid internship program from June 3 to August 9, 2024.
Responsibilities
- Analyze demand, returns, shipped sales, and net sales across multiple categories and time periods.
- Utilize Google Analytics and product category data to analyze DTC metrics and trends, such as demand, conversion, traffic, clicks, and product views.
- Support 3rd party drop ship operations.
- Assist with Omni Operations, including product data set up, product review syndication, and product information flow.
