Job Overview
If you are a recent graduate and interested in working with a team of workforce planning consultants to help Federal leaders design and implement customized solutions to yield high performing organizations to meet their missions, then this may be the right job for you! Human Resources Solutions has many job openings at various levels and locations.

- Collaborating with senior staff to resolve HR-related issues and develop solutions
- Compiling HR-related data for review
- Assisting in workforce planning and analysis
Requirements
- Applicants must demonstrate that they meet Minimum Qualification AND Recent Graduate Eligibility requirements as noted below.
- To qualify for this position at the GS-9 grade level, you must meet ONE requirement (A,B, or C) below:
- A. Have a Master's or equivalent graduate degree or completion of at least two full academic years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or LL.B or J.D in a directly related field of study (for example, human resources, business, public administration, management, social sciences) that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities required by this position. One year of full-time graduate education is considered to be the number of credit hours that the school attended has determined to represent 1 year of full-time study. If that information cannot be determined from the school, 18 semester hours should be considered as equivalent to 1 year of full-time study. (Must submit official or unofficial transcripts with your application to verify eligibility.)
- B. GS-09: Applicant must demonstrate at least one full year (52 weeks) of experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing ALL of the following: Compiling HR-related data (for example, survey responses, time and attendance data, job analyses, workforce demographics) for review; Collaborating with senior staff to resolve HR-related issues and develop solutions.
