- The Labor Systems team creates innovative applications that support workload, scheduling, time, and deployment for operations leaders and Cast
Compensation

Responsibilities
- Support the sustainment of existing labor systems, applications, tools, databases, and reporting solutions
- Work on multiple capital and local projects based on your strengths and desire to learn new skills
- Projects can include database design, backend server management, front end web development, and dashboard and visualization design
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with leaders at all levels
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to independently problem solve
- Experience with front end web development using JavaScript, Python, and/or SQL
Requirements (Preferred)
- Familiarity with Angular or React
- Experience with AWS or cloud computing
- Familiarity with big data and/or data science concepts
- Previous project management experience in workforce management, labor, or related operation
- Previous experience in an analytical and/or data-centric environment
