  • The Labor Systems team creates innovative applications that support workload, scheduling, time, and deployment for operations leaders and Cast

Compensation

Training Full-time 13 hours ago

Responsibilities

  • Support the sustainment of existing labor systems, applications, tools, databases, and reporting solutions
  • Work on multiple capital and local projects based on your strengths and desire to learn new skills
  • Projects can include database design, backend server management, front end web development, and dashboard and visualization design

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with leaders at all levels
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to independently problem solve
  • Experience with front end web development using JavaScript, Python, and/or SQL

Requirements (Preferred)

  • Familiarity with Angular or React
  • Experience with AWS or cloud computing
  • Familiarity with big data and/or data science concepts
  • Previous project management experience in workforce management, labor, or related operation
  • Previous experience in an analytical and/or data-centric environment
