Responsibilities

  • Provide information and incentives for guests to attend a sales presentation
  • Ensure guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts or promote a courtesy tour
  • Execute batch messages to guest rooms at the start of each work shift
  • Collect tour deposits and complete required paperwork accurately
  • Ensure guests purchase only one mini-vacation every three years
  • Call tour desk/manifest to check availability and avoid overbooking

Requirements

  • Customer service and/or sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Highly driven and a self-starter
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and balance priorities
  • Ability to accept rejection in a proactive manner
