Responsibilities
- Provide information and incentives for guests to attend a sales presentation
- Ensure guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts or promote a courtesy tour
- Execute batch messages to guest rooms at the start of each work shift
- Collect tour deposits and complete required paperwork accurately
- Ensure guests purchase only one mini-vacation every three years
- Call tour desk/manifest to check availability and avoid overbooking
Requirements
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Highly driven and a self-starter
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and balance priorities
- Ability to accept rejection in a proactive manner
