Compensation

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell LOPERA COSMETICS' products to potential customers, focusing on meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features, benefits, and proper usage of our cosmetic products.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and personal networks.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets to earn commission-based compensation.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish (or any other language) and English languages to effectively communicate with customers.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the cosmetic industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and build lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure sales and maximize revenue.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using online platforms and social media for sales and marketing purposes.
- Knowledge of cosmetic products, industry trends, and competitive landscape is preferred.
