Job Overview

  • Full-time, Contract
  • Pay: $45,000 - $65,000 a year

Compensation

  • Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Work with the High School Principal to design and implement outstanding curriculum and instructional strategies to ensure all students achieve at high levels
  • Create effective curriculum maps
  • Create, review, and refine assessments, including Exit Tickets, Do Nows, interim, and final assessments
  • Create outstanding lesson plans
  • Ensure that all lesson plans and assessments correlate directly to Tennessee state standards
  • Produce dramatic and consistent student achievement gains
  • Continuously create and refine effective instructional practices
  • Willingness to receive constant feedback and apply feedback immediately
  • Administer tests to evaluate pupil progress, assess student work productivity, and record results
  • Keep attendance records and maintain student files and transcripts
  • Assist with State-mandated student testing
  • Assist with monitoring and implementing Special Education requirements and IEP's
