Job Overview
- Full-time, Contract
- Pay: $45,000 - $65,000 a year
Compensation
- Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 a year
Responsibilities
- Work with the High School Principal to design and implement outstanding curriculum and instructional strategies to ensure all students achieve at high levels
- Create effective curriculum maps
- Create, review, and refine assessments, including Exit Tickets, Do Nows, interim, and final assessments
- Create outstanding lesson plans
- Ensure that all lesson plans and assessments correlate directly to Tennessee state standards
- Produce dramatic and consistent student achievement gains
- Continuously create and refine effective instructional practices
- Willingness to receive constant feedback and apply feedback immediately
- Administer tests to evaluate pupil progress, assess student work productivity, and record results
- Keep attendance records and maintain student files and transcripts
- Assist with State-mandated student testing
- Assist with monitoring and implementing Special Education requirements and IEP's
Requirements
