Job Overview

- $21 - $30 an hour

Compensation
- School-Based: $25-$30/hr
- Clinic-Based: $21-$25/hr
Responsibilities
- Provide direct one-to-one ABA therapy/care for individuals with autism in clinic, home, school, and/or community as a behavior technician
- Provide ABA skills support in areas such as adaptive, speech, language, communication, vocational, behavior, play, and cognitive skills
- Perform data collection on individual goals and graphing
- Implement behavior intervention plans
- Assist in various assessments for treatment planning purposes
Requirements
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Current driver's license (to be eligible for in-home services)
- Ability to pass a background check
- At least 1 year of experience working with children
- CPR & First Aid Training
- Negative tuberculosis test done within the past 60 days
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs or more
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, education, human services, or a related field
- CBT (Certified Behavior Technician) license
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
